15th - 21st May 2023 is Mental Health Awareness Week

Lots of things can lead to feelings of anxiety and/or depression including work pressures, relationships, illness and other big life events.

Add to this the current cost of living crisis following on from the pandemic, and it is really starting to take its toll.
