Social purpose organisation Traverse has revamped its employee benefits package in order to promote inclusivity and boost talent retention.
It created its new benefits offering, delivered in partnership with DittonHR, as part of an employee engagement process focused on reward and recognition for its 60 employees.
The organisation has introduced a health cash plan, as well as improving its family policies. These include enhanced paternity and adoption leave to match maternity leave, paid support and flexible working throughout the fostering selection and fertility treatment and donation processes, five days of paid emergency leave for all carers, up to 10 working days of paid leave for bereavement, and a childcare deposit loan for new starters.
