Gemma is a MCIPD qualified HR generalist with over 15 years’ experience in senior HR roles in a range of industries including engineering, automotive, retail, education and consultancy.

Gemma has proven experience across the whole spectrum of HR activities, including HR strategy, change management, talent management, recruitment and selection, international HR, employment law, performance management and business transfers (TUPE). Gemma is available to support organisations with the full breadth of HR activities and is particularly experienced in dealing with complex employee relations cases.
